Speaker: Siobhan Chinnery, Head of Customs and Global Projects/Oil & Gas Canada, Schenker of Canada Ltd. 

Siobhan started her supply chain career in small business in 1986. Her responsibilities since then have included inventory management, transportation, sales, accounting, project management, procurement, strategic sourcing and category management. She spent 10 years in the B.C. forest industry and moved to the Oil & Gas industry with Petro-Canada in 2004. Siobhan held a wide variety of positions in the oil & gas industry including accountability for Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability Reporting, Project accounting, and upstream, offshore and international oil & gas supply chain management, as well as the complete supply chain for a major completion services company.

At Schenker, Siobhan leads a team of freight forwarding professionals and is accountable for all sales, operations and project coordination for customs brokerage across Canada, project/heavy haul cargo and oil & gas vertical business across Canada, and all general cargo for Alberta.

Siobhan holds an MBA from European University, Brussels, a BComm from Dalhousie University, and is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA CMA).

Siobhan is a passionate advocate for women and children’s issues, and specifically education of girls. Siobhan is also passionate about Supply Chain as a profession, education for young adults and in particular education that readies young people for a successful career.
